🏃‍♂️ Find Your Strength 5K & 1K

• Description: An all-ability family fun run on September 23, 2023 at Sandpoint City Beach, Sandpoint, ID. Includes a 5K, super-hero themed 1K, and an after-party supporting the purchase of Exoskeletons.

📝 Registration

• Options: Choose between the 5K, 1K, or both races. The 5K will be chip timed.
• Routes:
  • 5K: Start & finish at Sandpoint City Beach, north on Sand Creek trail, turn around after benches, and return.
  • 1K: Start & finish at Sandpoint City Beach, north on Sand Creek trail, turn around near Cedar Street Bridge, and return.
• Fees:
  • $45 for adults, $20 for 17 and under, free for kids 8 and under (with option to add $15 for a t-shirt).
• Registration Deadline: Guaranteed shirt sizes until August 24, 2023.

👔 Corporate Discounts

• Rates: Discounts based on the number of participants: $5 off for 0-10, $7.50 off for 11-20, and $10 off for 21+.

🏅 Age Categories

• Top 3 male & female awards in the following categories: 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & over.
• Special Award: Overall top male and female 5K finishers receive a new pair of running shoes.

• Location: Trinity at City Beach - 58 Bridge St, Sandpoint ID 83864
• Schedule: Friday 4:00 - 7:00 pm, Saturday 7:30 - 9:30 am
