📦 Virtual Packet Shipping

• Shipping Option: USPS Priority Shipping for an additional fee of $10.00.
• Eligibility: Available for those unable to pick up their packet or who live outside our area.
• Deadline: September 3rd to receive your packet by virtual race weekend.

🏅 10K Race Description

The 10K begins at the Main Street Plaza on the High Bridge State Park Trail in Farmville, Virginia. This out-and-back course runs in the direction of the old Farmville train station. The grade is relatively flat. The surface is fine, crushed, gravel. Timing and scoring of the 10K run will be provided. The 10K and the 5K events start together at 8:30 am. Medals will be presented to the top 3 overall male & female finishers and top finishers in each age category that participated in the 10K. Categories for men and women include: 18 & under, 19 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 - 69, and 70 & over.

🚶‍♂️ 5K Run/Walk Description

The 5K begins at the Main Street Plaza on the High Bridge State Park Trail in Farmville, Virginia. Runners and walkers are welcome to participate in the 5K and will be ranked together. ⚠️ Disqualification Policy

Participants must complete the event distance they have registered for. A participant who is registered for the 10K and participates in the 5K during the event will be disqualified. A participant who is registered for the 5K and finishes the 10K will be disqualified.

🗓️ Registration and Packet Pickup

• Date & Time: September 12th, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
• Location: Farmville Parks and Recreation Department Office, 124 South Street, Farmville, VA
• Race Day: September 13th, 7:30 am - 8:15 am, Main Street Plaza, 311 Main Street, Farmville, VA 23901

🚗 Event Day Parking

Recommended parking is the Depot Street municipal parking lot located across from our start/finish line (intersection of Depot St. and North Main).

👕 T-Shirts

Guaranteed to all participants registered by September 1st. Extra shirts will be ordered and available on a first-come basis at packet pickup.

10K Overall - Top 3 M/F, 10K Age Groups - Top 3 M/F 18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 - 69, 70 & over. 5K Overall - Top 3 M/F, 5K Age Groups - Top 3 M/F 18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 - 69, 70 & over.

There are no awards for our virtual events.

📈 Virtual Results

• Event Dates: Complete your 5K or 10K, Friday, September 12 - Sunday, September 14th.
• Upload Results: Via the RunSignUp website.
• T-Shirt: All participants will receive a T-shirt!

Participants will have the ability to report their results for their event directly to our RunSignUp Results page. Instructions will be emailed to participants during race week and will also be found on our registration page.
