🎉 Welcome to the 5K to Braintree Day!
The 5th 5K to Braintree Day is a part of our town's Independence Day Celebration!
📅 Date and Time
- Date: SUNDAY, JUNE 22, 2025
- Kids Race: 9:15 am (.5 mile) with Ice Cream Finisher at Braintree Town Hall
- 5K Run/Walk: 10:00 a.m. at Braintree Town Hall
🏃♂️ Race Features
- Kids Race: Includes a race bib, a kids race finishers medal, and ice cream.
- Adult Race: Finishes with a post-race beer garden & cookout with plenty of burgers and dogs from D & N Provisions!
- Beverage Ticket: Every adult registration includes one (1) beverage ticket. Must be 21 to purchase alcohol.
- Proceeds: All proceeds go to support Braintree’s Annual July 4th Celebration!
🏷️ Registration Details
- Early Registration: Beat the price increase for adults at $25 (plus online fee) ends 6/1/25.
- Kids Race Early Registration: $15 (plus online fee) Limited time only!
- Race T-Shirts: Available for the first 400 runners of the adult Road Race/Fun Walk.
- Adult Registration Fee: Includes race bib, free burgers and dogs, and one beverage ticket.
🥇 Kids Race Registration Includes
- Race Finisher Medal: Every child receives a medal.
- Ice Cream Finisher: Enjoy a treat post-race.
- Free Burgers and Dogs: Available on French's Common.
- Patriotic Stickers: Each child will receive stickers!
🏆 Competitions and Prizes
- Age Group Prizes: Awards for different age categories.
- Patriotic Prizes: Given to the most patriotic runners/walkers and strollers.
- Music: Enjoy some tunes—check back for updates!
🍻 Post-Race Celebration
Please note that you DO NOT have to run/walk the race to attend the post-race beer garden. It is open to all, must be 21 to purchase alcohol - proper ID required.
📍 Registration Locations
- Early Bib Pick Up: Saturday, June 21 from 2PM-4PM at Braintree Town Hall (Cahill Auditorium) - $30 per entry.
- Day of Registration: Sunday, June 22 from 8 AM to 9:30 AM - $35 per entry.
