The 5th 5K to Braintree Day - part of our town's Independence Day Celebration!
📅 Date and Time
- Date: SUNDAY, JUNE 22, 2025
- Kids Race: 9:15 am (.5 mile) at Braintree Town Hall
- 5K Run/Walk: 10:00 a.m. at Braintree Town Hall
🎉 Race Features
- Kids Race: .5 mile with Ice Cream Finisher
- Adult Race: 5K Road Race / Fun Walk with post-race beer garden
- Proceeds: All going to support Braintree’s Annual July 4th Celebration!
- Every kid entry: Includes a race bib, a finishers medal and ice cream.
🍔 Post-Race Celebration
- Cookout: Enjoy burgers and dogs from D & N Provisions on French's Common!
- Drink Ticket: Every adult registration includes one (1) beverage ticket redeemable for water, soda, or beer.
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 to purchase alcohol, proper ID required.
- Music: Live entertainment after the race! (Check back for updates)
🏅 Registration Details
- Early Registration: Beat the price increase for adults at $25 until 6/1/25.
- Kids Race: Early registration for $15 (limited time only).
- Race T-Shirts: First 350 runners of the adult Road Race / Fun Walk while supplies last.
- Fees: Day of registration is $35 per entry from 8 AM to 9:30 AM.

- Age Group Prizes: Available for top finishers in each category.
- Most Patriotic Awards: Prizes for the most patriotic runners/walkers and strollers.

Early bib pick up or late registration: $30 per entry on Saturday, June 21 from 2 PM - 4 PM at Braintree Town Hall (Cahill Auditorium).
