Join us on October 31, 2026 for the Monster Dash 5K! This year our annual event is dressing up for Halloween. This is a fun, family friendly event.

United Way of Union County

Our annual race is a great opportunity to support the work that United Way does in our community. United Way of Union County funds 29 local partner agencies that directly impact local residents and families. These agencies provide services including:

• Food: Assistance to those in need.
• Shelter: Providing a safe place for families.
• Support: Personal needs items and peer support for those recovering from mental illness and addiction.
• Mentorship: Programs for youth success and senior engagements.

Support our wonderful partner agencies by walking or running through Glacier Ridge Metro Park. Your registration fee and donations directly benefits The United Way of Union County and helps us work toward our annual campaign goal.

Race Day Packet Pickup

• Date: Saturday October 31
• Location: Glacier Ridge Metro Park
• Time: 8:00 am to 9:00 am

Awards & Medals

• Finishers: All Finishers will receive a one-of-a-kind Medal
• Top Overall: Male and Female
• Age Group: Top Finisher Male and Female
• Categories: 10 and Under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Animals

NO PETS ALLOWED. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
