Join us on October 31, 2026 for the Monster Dash 5K! This year our annual event is dressing up for Halloween. This is a fun, family friendly event.

• Support local agencies: United Way of Union County funds 29 local partner agencies that directly impact local residents and families.
• Provide essential services: Agencies offer food, shelter, personal needs items, and peer support for recovery from mental illness and addiction.
• Empower youth: Programs available for mentorship and youth success.
• Engage seniors: Initiatives to keep senior citizens active and engaged in the community.

Support our wonderful partner agencies by walking or running through Glacier Ridge Metro Park. Your registration fee and donations directly benefit The United Way of Union County and help us work toward our annual campaign goal.

• Location: Glacier Ridge Metro Park
• Time: 8:00 am to 9:00 am

• Age Group Awards: Top Finisher Male and Female
• Categories: 10 and Under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Animals

Policy: NO PETS ALLOWED. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
