🎉 Rosebush Independence Day 5K

Come out for a fun Independence Day 5K. Walk or run, everyone is welcome! Stay and enjoy all the fun events that the village has to offer for the day. There is a classic car show, kids games, parade, live music and more. Bring the whole family for a day of fun after you get your morning 5k done. The race is stroller and pet friendly, we only ask that all dogs remain on a 6' leash.

This year the race will be capped at 120 participants so register soon.

All participants will receive a custom finisher medal and have the option to purchase a tri-blend T-Shirt or tech shirt if registered before 6/16/26.

📋 Race Plan and FAQ

• Packet Pickup/Check-in area: There will be no on-site registration. We ask for registration to be done online via Run Signup. You can sign up the day of the event either on your computer on or your phone. The packet pickup/check-in area will be at the race start/finish line starting at 7:15am the day of the race. Parking will be at the park.
• Start Time: The start of the race will be at 8:00 am. When you arrive please park, and pick up your packet race bib, safety pins, and swag.
• Race number and chip: Your packet will contain your race number with the chip on the back, please wear your bib on the front of your shirt. Do not tamper with the bib or remove the chip. You will need to wear the race bib in order for your run/walk to be timed. If you do not wear the bib you will not be in the results.
• Finish line: Once you have finished the race you will receive a finisher medal, please grab a bottle of water.

🏃 Course Details

• Course: The 5k course will consist of running on sidewalks and road edges, please run into traffic while on any streets or roads.
• Results: Results will be live and available on-line at this web site. Please remember results will not be final until the last person has crossed the finish line.
• Awards: Overall finishers male and female will receive free gift card to Runners Athletics.
• Parking: There is ample parking on site at the Rosebush park.

💧 Additional Information

• Fluid Stations: We will provide bottled water at the finish of the race. There will be no fluid stations on the course. Bring your own water for the course.
• Restrooms: Porta John's will be available on site.
• Registration: Participants may register the day of the race via their phone or computer.
