• Definition: MS is an autoimmune disease that breaks down the covering of nerves.
• Types of MS:
  • Relapsing-remitting MS
  • Secondary-progressive MS
  • Primary-progressive MS
• Symptoms: Fatigue, numbness, trouble walking, vision problems, and shock-like pain with neck movements.
• Diagnosis: Can take an average of 2 years.

• Support: Helps strengthen muscles and improve walking ability.
• Balance: Assists with coordination and balance.
• Mobility: Aims to improve overall mobility.
• Quality of Life: Enhances independence and the overall quality of life.
