Boxford July 4th Road Race

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Join us on Friday July 4th at 8:00am for the 34th Annual Boxford July 4th Road Race. Set in the historic East Boxford Village, this wonderful family event includes something for everyone including a 2.5 and 5 mile competitive event, and the Boxford mile. All runners and walkers are encouraged to join in the fun!

🏆 Awards and Recognition

• Gift Certificates: The overall fastest male and female 5-mile and 2.5-mile and everyone 16 and under (who has registered by July 1st) will receive a gift certificate for Benson's Ice-Cream.
• Age Group Awards: There will be awards for the top three male and female runners in each age group.
• Timing: Race times will be available by age group following the run.

📅 Race Schedule

• Boxford Mile Start: The Boxford Mile Race starts at 8:00am.
• Race Starts: The 5 Mile / 2.5 Mile runs start approximately at 8:15 a.m. (after the conclusion of the Boxford Mile).
• Water Stops: The mile run will NOT have a water stop. The 2.5-mile course will have 1 water stop and the 5-mile course will have 2 water stops.

👕 Registration and Fees

Shirts are guaranteed for the first 300 registrations.

• Early Bird Fee: $30.00 (plus processing fees) until May 31st for the 2.5 mile, 5 mile, and adult 1 mile (17+).
• Youth Fee: $25.00 (plus processing fees) until May 31st for Youth 1 mile (16 and under).
• Regular Fee: $35.00 (plus processing fees) for the 2.5 mile, 5 mile, and adult 1 mile (17+), and $30.00 (plus processing fees) for Youth 1 mile until July 4th at 7:30am when online registration closes.
• Race Day Fee: $37.00 for all races and all ages.

🎓 Community Support

Proceeds support the Jennifer Tinney Scholarship Fund at Masconomet High School. The race is followed by the Boxford 4th of July parade and fun activities for the family at the East Boxford Fire Station. Please visit www.baasports.com for further information, or email baa.roadrace@gmail.com
