London OH Marathon

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Organizer: The Merrimac Miracle Organization is pleased to host the 6th Annual London OH Marathon as a fundraiser for Merri-Mac Park.
• Purpose: We are raising funds to further improve the park by adding play equipment, recreational paths, sports fields, etc.

🗓️ Race Format

• Start Times: The full and half marathon race events will start promptly at 7 am, and the 5K at 7:15 am.
• Course Duration: The course will remain open for 5 hours after the last competitor starts.

🏞️ Course Details

• Start/Finish Location: The start and finish will be located at Merri-Mac Park. All course maps can be viewed here.
• Scenic Route: The flat, tree-lined scenic trails will take you toward Darby Creek Metro Park. The full marathon repeats the course twice.
• Flat Course: Did we mention this race is flat? It is crazy flat!
• Aid Stations: Aid stations and port-o-johns are spaced at every 2-2.5 miles along the course, stocked with water, Gatorade, and GU gels.

Race Certification

• Certification: Both the marathon and half-marathon courses are USATF certified!
• Records: This course is perfect for that PR or BQ attempt!
• Marathon Codes: London OH Marathon: OH25006JHP, London OH Half Marathon: OH25005JHP.

🎁 Runners' Perks

• Half Marathon: All half marathon runners will receive a high-quality soft vintage style race shirt with the London OH Marathon logo, a finisher medal, and special promotional offers from local businesses.
• Full Marathon: All full marathon runners will receive a full-zip London OH Marathon lightweight hooded sweatshirt, a finisher medal, and swag from local businesses.
• BQ Reward: All runners who BQ at the 2026 London OH Marathon will receive a free nontransferable race entry to any of our 2027 races!

📦 Packet Pickup and Event Expo

• Details: 2026 Packet Pickup details are TBD. We will finalize these details in the weeks prior to the event and be sure all registered participants are notified.
• Race Day Pickup: There will be race day packet pick up at Merri Mac Park starting at 6:15 AM. Be sure to arrive early if you need to pick up your packet on race day!

🏆 Elite Athletes

• Fast Course: This course is going to be crazy fast, and we’re looking for people who can light it up.

• Incentives: Elite entries will include a complimentary entry to the race and VIP accommodations on race day.

📋 Elite Standards

• Male: 16:00 (5k), 33:30 (10k), 1:15:00 (1/2 marathon), 2:40:00 (marathon).
• Female: 19:00 (5k), 38:30 (10k), 1:28:00 (1/2 marathon), 3:00:00 (marathon).
