District 4 Heroes ACTIVATE 5K and Health Summit

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Join us on Saturday, November 16, as we cap off San Antonio Sports ACTIVATE with the District 4 Heroes 5K and Health Summit. This event will be hosted at the Boeing Center at Port San Antonio.

👟 Participation Details

• Welcome: Runners, walkers, and strollers are all welcome.
• Event T-Shirts: Limited to 1500 and provided at packet pick up on a first come, first served basis.
• Finisher Medals: Given out to the first 1500 runners to cross the finish line.
• Safety: We must enforce that all participants start the race within the first 15 minutes. Thank you for your understanding!

• Opening Ceremonies: 7:30 am
• Race Start Time: 8:00 am
