🏔️ Race Overview

Get ready to conquer the peaks with the Tri Peak Series brought to you by River Valley Runners!

Dive into a thrilling trio of races set in breathtaking landscapes, starting with the Mt. Magazine 15k on May 30, 2026 that promises to challenge and inspire. It's only ONE hill!! We start about a half mile from the school on dirt road and then it turns into paved road the rest of the way up to the top of Mt. Magazine. Once at the top, there will be a shuttle to get you to the bottom of the mountain - Or you can go a little extra and run down! What goes up must come down, right?

• Date: May 30, 2026
• Start Time: Early start for Mount Magazine is 6:30am!
• Location: Havana and Dardenelle, Havana, AR
• Course: The course offers an exciting challenge with a combination of dirt and paved roads.

🏃‍♂️ Upcoming Races

Keep the adrenaline pumping with an all paved course 1.5 miles up Danville mountain and 1.5 down! It's a fast fun race up a mountain on June 20, 2026.

We wrap up the series with the deliciously named Mt. Nebo Chicken Fried 10k on August 29, 2026. This is a paved course that starts at the bottom of Mt. Nebo at the Dollar General across the road. Once at the top, there will be a shuttle to get you to the bottom of the mountain - Or you can go a little extra and run down!

• Shirts: Each race comes with a Shirt.
• Medals: Custom medals made for each race.
• Final Medal: If you do all three races, there is a final medal you receive for completing all three!
• Design: Each year the design is different so we can keep you interested to come back for more!

📅 Alternate Completion

Can't make a date? No sweat! Just complete the course on your own time, send us your triumph email and Strava/Garmin/Coros course mapping & time recording, and we'll make sure you get your well-deserved gear. Join us for an epic summer of running!

If you need to complete a course on a different date, you will need to email rivervalleyrunners@icloud.com your course completion to ensure you did the course to get your Swag. Email your shipping information as well!

• Two Races: If you sign up for two of the three races, there is a 10% discount applied!
• All Three Races: If you sign up for all three races in the Tri Peak series, there is a 15% discount applied!
• RVR Members: If you are a member of RVR, you will receive a 10% discount for signing up for any or multiple races.
• Support: We try to keep these events affordable, so please donate if you can when you sign up so we can keep our costs covered and continue organizing these races for everyone!
