Shipshewana Mayfest Roadrun

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

On Saturday, May 2nd, 2026, the Shipshewana Mayfest Road Run will be taking place as part of Shipshewana's Annual Mayfest celebration. The event will feature two races designed for runners of all ages and experience levels.

⏰ Race Schedule

• 1 Mile Fun Run: Begins at 8:15 a.m. near 345 North Morton Street at the Wolfe Building.
• 5K Run: Starts at 8:30 a.m. with a familiar course for previous runners!
• Medals: Awarded to the top three boys and girls in the Fun Run, and to the top three men and women overall in the 5K.
• Timing: Both races will be electronically timed.

💵 Registration Details

• Pre-registration Cost: $15 for the 1 Mile Fun Run (13 and under) and $20 for the 5K.
• On-site Registration: Available the morning of the race for $20 and $25 respectively.
• Pre-registration Deadline: Friday, May 1st at 2:00 PM.
• T-Shirts: Provided to those who register on race day while supplies last.

🏆 Awards & Prizes

• 5K Awards: Top 3 overall for men's and women's categories, as well as age group awards.
• Age Groups: Includes 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• 1 Mile Fun Run Awards: Prizes for the top 3 boys and girls, plus JoJo's free pretzel token for all participants!
• Check-in: Begins at 7 AM at the Wolfe Building.
