State Championships Qualification: State championships will qualify the top 35% or top five (5) finishers in an age group for Age Group Nationals.
High School Championship Awards:
- 1st Overall High School Club (based on score - lowest score wins)
- 1st Overall High School Club Participation (highest participation number wins)
- High School State Championships Exemption for Sprint-distance
Club State Championship Awards:
- 1st Overall USAT Club (based on score - lowest score wins)
- 1st Overall USAT Club Participation (highest number of participation wins)

Distance: 1/2 mile Swim, 18 mile Bike, 4 mile Trail Run
Location: Cypress Point on the Lower Lake at Sardis Lake Reservoir
Course Description: Swim in cool, refreshing water with a sandy beach entrance, flat bike course through farmland with one hill, and a mixed terrain run

Finishers: Medals for all participants
Post-Race: Pizza, watermelon, chips & ice cream by Prairie Farms
Cash Awards: $150 for the fastest cyclist in each category
Custom Pottery Awards: Presented to overall winners by local artist Susan McDonald
