Guinness St. Pat's 5k (Race 2 Tour de Patrick)

🍀 ABOUT THE RACE

Join us for the Guinness St. Pat's 5K on Saturday, March 8th, 2025 in Providence, RI. Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with loved ones and run or walk this festive 5K. Don't forget the kids! Our kids race is open to children 12 and under. Parents are welcome to run with their kids.

🏅 UPGRADE TO THE TOUR DE PATRICK

Looking for an extra challenge? The Guinness St. Pat's 5K also serves as the second leg of our 3-Race Series, the Tour de Patrick, which celebrates St. Patrick's Day with three races in three cities in Rhode Island throughout the month of March. Participants can sign up for one, two or all three races!

• Challenge: Participants who run all three will earn Tour de Patrick custom socks as well as the 2025 Tour de Patrick finisher's medal.
• Collection: Medals are collected at the finish line of the Shamrock Shuffle on March 30th.
• Pickup: Participants in the Tour de Patrick will pick up all three numbers and t-shirts at the Guinness Irish 5K on Saturday, March 1st.

• Location: RI Statehouse at 82 Smith Street, Providence, RI

🎉 EVENTS

• Kids Leprechaun Run: Approximately 1/4 mile for ages 12 and under. Parents may run with their children. 10:30 am Start Time.
• 5K Run/Walk: 3.1 Miles. As always, walkers are welcome. Please Note: no pets allowed and strollers must start in the back for safety reasons. 11am Start Time.

💲 ENTRY FEES

• 5K Run/Walk: $32 to 12/31/2024, $34 1/1/2025 to 1/31/2025, $36 2/1/2025 to 3/7/2025, $40 Race Weekend Walk Up Registration.
• Kids Leprechaun Run: $17 to 12/31/24, $18 1/1/2025 - 1/31/2025, $19 2/1/2025 - 3/7/2025, $20 Race Weekend Walk Up Registration.
• Full Guinness Tour de Patrick (3 Races): $87 to 12/31/2024, $93 1/1/2025 to 1/31/2025, $93 2/1/2025 to 2/28/2025.
• Discounts: SAVE $6 when you register any two 5ks at the same time online. SAVE $9 when you register for all three 5ks at the same time online.

📦 PACKET PICKUP & ON-SITE REGISTRATION

• Pre-Race Packet Pickup: Thursday, March 6, 2025, 3pm - 6pm at Marathon Sports, 1 Providence Place, Providence, RI.
• Friday, March 7, 2025: 11am - 5pm at Marathon Sports, 1 Providence Place, Providence, RI.
• Race Day Packet Pickup: Saturday, March 8th, 2025, Parking Lot on Smith St. Across from RI State House, 82 Smith St., Providence, RI, 9:30am - 11am.
• Note: Walk up registrations will be accepted on Friday and Saturday. Race t-shirts are not guaranteed for walk up registrations.

🏆 AWARDS

• Individual Awards: Winners for Under 19, age 20-29, age 30-39, age 40-49, age 50-59, age 60-69, age 70+.
• Scoring: Individual awards are scored on gun time.
• Team Award: Prize will be awarded to the top overall team.
• Team Entries: Top 3 score based on chip time. No limit on Team size. Online entry for Teams only.
