🌳 Event Overview

• Location: Duke Island Park, Bridgewater, NJ

• Course: The flat and fast course provides an ample amount of shade, making it a great place to set PB's!
• Participation: Bring your family and friends for a beautiful day in a picturesque park!

🏅 Awards and Medals

• Overall Winners: Awards and medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Overall Winners.
• Age Categories: 1st Place Men and Women Per Age Category.

🎉 What to Expect at the Event

• Food and Beverages: Tons of food and a plentiful amount of water and other beverages.
• Music: Music playing all morning long to get you pumped up for the challenge.
• Water Stations: Water stations along the course, where runners can recharge.
• Activities for Kids: The Dash begins near the playground and is sure to please kids young and older.

🏃‍♀️ Race Details

• Race Options: 10k or 5k USATF sanctioned and timed races - part of the Grand Prix.
• Fun Walk: Enjoy a Fun Walk (about a mile).
• Kidz Dash: FREE Kids Dash for those under 10.
• T-Shirts: T-Shirts for first 150 sign ups.

🥇 Medal Ceremony

The medal ceremony will take place as soon as results are tabulated.
