Get ready to POUND THE PAVEMENT in support of those impacted by cancer! The 14th Annual Pound the Pavement returns on Sunday, October 4th — and it’s brighter, bigger, and more colorful than ever.

Race Experience

• Color Celebration: Participants start dressed in white and finish covered in vibrant color.
• Color Burst: At every kilometer mark, runners and walkers are showered with a different burst of colored powder.
• Younger Participants: Junior “Mad Dash of Color” for kids ages 8 and under to enjoy the full course.
• Finish Line Festivities: Head over to Sea Dog for music, photo ops, and community spirit.

• Free Participation: Cancer survivors can participate free of charge by selecting the Cancer Survivor option when registering.
