Get ready to POUND THE PAVEMENT in support of those impacted by cancer! The 14th Annual Pound the Pavement returns on Sunday, October 4th — and it’s brighter, bigger, and more colorful than ever.

Race Experience
- Color Burst: At every kilometer mark, runners and walkers are showered in a different burst of colored powder — creating a joyful, high-energy celebration from start to finish.
- Pound the Pavement Junior: An expanded route includes the Pound the Pavement Junior “Mad Dash of Color” for kids ages 8 and under.
- Post-Race Celebration: After crossing the finish line, participants can head over to Sea Dog for continued festivities, music, and photo ops.
- Complimentary Beverages: Participants will receive two complimentary beverages, including options for those 21 and over!
Community and Support
- Honoring Survivors: This year, we proudly honor cancer survivors in our community. Survivors are invited to participate free of charge.
- Registration Option: Select the Cancer Survivor option when registering to learn more.
- Goodie Bags: The FIRST 200 registered will get a FREE goodie bag, which may include Visa Gift Cards.
- T-Shirt Giveaway: Register prior to September 1st to receive a FREE Pound the Pavement T-shirt.
