MKK's Rugged Race Presented by Independence Bank

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

We're so excited for the annual MentorKids Kentucky Rugged Race at Diamond Lake Resort! Participants will experience a 5K race with 28 obstacles, including water crossing, barbed wire, rope climbs, mud, and much more!

🎯 Categories

• Elite category: For serious athletes ready to win.
• Ultimate category: For those who want to run as a team or just run for fun!

🏅 Awards & Medals

• Finisher’s medal: All participants will receive this.
• T-shirt: All participants will also get a race t-shirt.
• Additional medals: Given to the overall male and female winners in both categories.
• Trophy: Awarded to the top team!

👶 Youth Categories

This will be our fourth year for Rugged Kids for ages 8-11, and Rugged Rascals for ages 4-7.
