🏃‍♂️ MKK's Rugged Race Overview

We're so excited for the annual MentorKids Kentucky Rugged Race at Diamond Lake Resort! Participants will experience a 5K race with 28 obstacles, including water crossing, barbed wire, rope climbs, mud, and much more!

🎯 Categories and Participation

• Elite Category: For serious athletes ready to win.
• Ultimate Category: For those who want to run as a team or just run for fun!

🏅 Finisher Rewards

• Medals: All participants will receive a finisher’s medal and t-shirt.
• Awards: Additional medals will be given to the overall male and female winners in the elite and ultimate categories.
• Trophy: A trophy will be given to the top team!

👶 Rugged Kids

This will be our fourth year for Rugged Kids is for ages 8-11, and Rugged Rascals is for ages 4-7.
