MKK's Rugged Race Presented by Independence Bank

Event Overview

We're so excited for the annual MentorKids Kentucky Rugged Race at Diamond Lake Resort! Participants will experience a 5K race with 28 obstacles, including water crossing, barbed wire, rope climbs, mud, and much more!

Categories

• Elite Category: This is for serious athletes ready to win.
• Ultimate Category: This is for those who want to run as a team or just run for fun.
• 5K Trail Run: An option without obstacles.
• 10K Trail Run: Another option without obstacles.
• XTreme 10K: A combination of a 5K trail run and a 5K with obstacles.

Participation Rewards

• Finisher’s Medal: All participants will receive one.
• T-Shirt: An official race t-shirt will be provided.
• Medals for Winners: Additional medals for overall male and female winners in elite and ultimate categories.
• Trophy: Awarded to the top team!

Youth Categories

• Rugged Kids: For ages 8-13.
• Rugged Rascals: For ages 4-7.
