🏃‍♂️ MKK's Rugged Race Overview

We're so excited for the annual MentorKids Kentucky Rugged Race at Diamond Lake Resort! Participants will experience a 5K race with 28 obstacles, including water crossing, barbed wire, rope climbs, mud, and much more!

🥇 Categories and Participants

• Elite category: For serious athletes ready to win.
• Ultimate category: For those who want to run as a team or just run for fun!
• Rugged Kids: For ages 8-11.
• Rugged Rascals: For ages 4-7.

🏅 Awards and Medals

All participants will receive a finisher’s medal and t-shirt. Additional medals will be given to the overall male and female winners in the elite and ultimate categories, and a trophy will be given to the top team!
