• Format: Out and back 5K starting/finishing at the West Pavilion
• Finishers: You will get your one of a kind finisher medal!

💵 Cost

• Pricing: $30 until October 1: $35 until December 10: $40 until race day
• Medal Only Option: Save $5
• Discounts: Students 18 & under/Vets & Active Duty save $5 with code NYE5
• Refund Policy: All sales are final, no refunds. No medals/shirts will be saved for after the event unless prior arrangements are made.

📅 Shirt/Bib Pick Up/Late Registration

• No Early Pack Pick Up: There will be no early pack pick up for this event
• Check In: 12:00-12:45 PM on race day

• Age Groups: Top 3 M/F in the following groups: 13 & Under: 14-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70-79: 80+

🌧️ Weather

• Rain or Shine: The race will go on!
• Ice or Snow: The race will be postponed to Jan 5
• Transfer Policy: If you can’t attend the postponed race, you may transfer your bib to another
• Non-Refundable: Entries are non-refundable if the event is cancelled on both dates or if you personally can't attend
