New Year's Eve 5K

Start Time

• Time: 1:00 PM (Central Time)
• Make-Up Date: January 5 same location.

• Address: 2700 Park Blvd., Newburgh, IN

The Race

• Format: The race will be an out and back 5K that starts/finishes at the West Pavilion.
• Finisher Medal: When finished, you will get your one of a kind finisher medal!

Cost

• Fees: $30 until October 1: $35 until December 10: $40 until race day.
• Medal Only Option: Save $5.
• Discounts: Students 18 & under/Vets & Active Duty save $5 with code NYE5.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final, no refunds unless prior arrangements are made.

Shirt/Bib Pick Up

• Pack Pick Up: There will be no early pack pick up for this event.
• Check-In: Check in & late registration will be at Friedman Park from 12:00-12:45pm on race day.

Awards

• Categories: Overall Male/Female & Runner Up Male/Female.
• Age Groups: Top 3 M/top 3 F: 13 & Under: 14-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70-79: 80+.

Timing

• Service: This event will be timed by To the Finish Timing.

Weather Policy

• Race Status: The race will go on rain or shine!
• Postponement: In the event of ice or snow, the race will be postponed to Jan 5.
• Transfers: If the race is postponed and you cannot attend, you may transfer bib to another.
• Cancellation Policy: If event cancelled on both dates, entries are non-refundable.
