New Year's Eve 5K

Start Time

• Time: 1:00 PM (Central Time)

• Venue: Friedman Park (2700 Park Blvd. Newburgh, IN)

The Race

• Course: The race will be an out and back 5K that starts/finishes at the West Pavilion.
• Finishers: When finished, you will get your one of a kind finisher medal!

Cost

• Registration Fees: $30 until August 31: $35 until December 10: $40 until race day.
• Medal Only Option: Save $5.
• Group Discount: If you have 4 or more friends/family doing the race send an email to TriStateFit@gmail.com for a discount code.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final, no refunds. Unless prior arrangements are made, no medals/shirts will be saved for after the event.

Shirt/Bib Pick Up/Late Reg

• No Early Pickup: There will be no early pack pick up for this event.
• Check-in Details: Check in & late registration will be at Friedman Park from 12:00-12:45pm on race day.

Awards

• Overall Awards: Overall Top 3 Male/Overall Top 3 Female
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 M/top 3 F for groups: 13 & Under: 14-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70-79: 80+

Timing

• Timing Company: This event will be timed by To the Finish Timing.

Weather

• Rain or Shine: The race will go on rain or shine!
• Postponement: In the event of ice or snow, the race will be postponed to Jan 3.
• Transfer Policy: If race is postponed and you cannot attend, you may transfer bib to another.
• Cancellation Policy: If event cancelled on both dates, entries are non-refundable.
