Start Time

• Time: 1:00 PM (Central Time)
• Make-Up Date: January 5 at the same location.

The Race

• Type: Out and back 5K
• Start/Finish: West Pavilion
• Finisher Medal: Each participant will receive a unique finisher medal!

Cost

• Pricing: $30 until October 1: $35 until December 10: $40 until race day.
• Medal Only Option: Save $5.
• Discounts: Students 18 & under/Vets & Active Duty save $5 with code NYE5.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final, no refunds. Medals/shirts will not be saved unless prior arrangements are made.

Shirt/Bib Pick Up/Late Registration

• No Early Pack Pick Up: There will be no early pack pick up for this event.
• Check In: Late registration will be at Friedman Park from 12:00-12:45 PM on race day.

• Overall Awards: Overall Male/Female & Runner Up Male/Female
• Age Groups: Top 3 M/F for age groups: 13 & Under: 14-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70-79: 80+

Timing

• Timing Service: This event will be timed by To the Finish Timing.

Weather Policy

• Rain or Shine: The race will go on rain or shine!
• Postponement: In the event of ice or snow, the race will be postponed to January 5.
• Transfer: If the race is postponed and you cannot attend, you may transfer your bib to another participant.
• Non-refundable: Entries are non-refundable if cancelled on both dates or if you cannot attend.
