Blazin' Glazin' Donut Race

Start Time/Location

• Time: 1:00PM Central Time.
• Address: Wesselman Park, 551 North Boeke Rd., Evansville, IN.

Course

• Type: The out and back 5K will begin and end in Wesselman Park.
• Finish Line: Mini donuts will be at the finish line!
• Map: See map below.

Cost

• Entry Fee: $35 until Nov 30: $40 until race day (Deduct $7 with no race shirt option).
• Note: All sales are final.
• Shirts: Unless prior arrangements are made prior to race start, no shirts are guaranteed after race day.

Race Check In

• Race Day: Participants can check in on race day from 12:15-12:45PM.
• Early Pick Up: December 11 from 5:00-6:00PM at Ultimate Fit.

Timing

• Timing Company: To the Finish Timing.

Awards

• Overall: Top 3 male and top 3 female.
• Age Groups: Top 3 M/F in the following age groups: 13 & Under: 14-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70-79: 80+.

Weather

• Condition: The race will go on rain or shine!
• Postponement: In the event of a snow/ice event, it will be postponed to Dec. 20.
• No Refunds: No refunds are given if the event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions or circumstances beyond the organizers' control.

Benefactor

• Donation: A portion of proceeds will be donated to Wesselman Woods.
