• Programming: Your support helps to continue "Trails on a Smaller Scale" programming for toddlers and preschoolers.

📝 Registration and Fee(s)

• 5K Run/Walk: $30 before May 4, 2025: $35 until June 8, 2025: $40 until/on the event day. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• 1-Mile Family Fun Walk: $15 before May 4, 2025: $20 until June 8, 2025: $25 until/on the event day. This fee covers up to 5 family members.

T-Shirt Rewards 👕 T-Shirts

• 5K Registration: All registrations will receive a short-sleeved t-shirt, guaranteed on or before May 28, 2025.
• 1-Mile Registration: T-shirts may be purchased, guarantees not available after May 28, 2025. A light-colored T-shirt is recommended for the splash of color feature.

🌈 Color Experience

• Splash: Participants can experience being splashed with non-toxic, biodegradable color.
• Course: To limit color splashes, participants can stay to one side of the course.
• Environmental Care: The event aims for a low environmental impact.

⏰ Start Times

• 5K Timed Race: 8:00 am (CST)
• 5K Walk: approximately 8:05 am (CST)
• 1-Mile Walk: approximately 9:15 am (CST)
• Walking Allowed: Participants may walk this race but must finish within one hour.

🏆 Awards

• Award Categories: Awards for top two finishers in male and female age brackets.
• Overall Awards: Overall Female and Overall Male awards presented around/by 9:15 a.m. CST.
• 1-Mile Participation: No age groups: fun awards for ages 0-7 (while supplies last).

📋 Registration Check-In

• Check-In: Begins at 7:00 a.m. (CDT) near the race start area.
• Location: Registration table at Garvin Park.
• Refund Policy: All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

🎈 Packet Pickup

• Pickup Location: At St. Vincent Early Learning Center on June 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (CDT).
• Event Day: Pickup available on event day from 7:00 - 7:55 a.m. (CDT).

🙌 Volunteer Sign Up

• Need: We need many volunteers for various roles on June 14, 2025.
• Signup: Available through runsignup (LINK).

📅 Date & Location

• Date: June 14, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.
• Course: Begins on Bob Griese Pass, around the lake toward Pigeon Creek, and returns via the Greenway.

⏱️ Timing

• Timed By: Officially timed by “To the Finish.”
• Results: Posted at www.tothefinishtiming.com and on our runsignup page.

☔ Inclement Weather

• Decision: Races determined on event day in case of inclement weather.
• No Refunds: No refunds will be issued, but purchased shirts will be available for pickup later.

👶 🐕 Strollers? Dogs? Etc.?

• Strollers: Allowed in the 5K Walk or 1-Mile Family Walk.
• Pets: Dogs are allowed in the park, but must not be in any races. No skates, skateboards, or scooters are allowed.
