Race Details
- History: One of the oldest road races in the Ohio Valley dating back to the early 80s.
- Race Schedule: Kids 1 mile fun run and family fun run/walk at 6:15 PM, followed by the 5K at 7:00 PM.
- Course: Out and back route on city streets and the local rails to trails path.
- Amenities: Each participant receives a t-shirt and goody bag.
Course Features
- Start/Finish: Begins beside the lot next to the firehouse and ends below the Scio Branch Library.
- Terrain: Paved flat course looping around a neighborhood before entering a scenic trail.
- Sights: Participants will see local foliage and cross a covered bridge.
- Support: Water stations located twice on the course, with plenty of volunteers present.
Post-Race Activities
- Awards: Given after the 5K at the firehouse.
- Celebration: Drinks, door prizes, and ice cream available.
