Get Ready for your flight at the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport for the 3rd Annual Run The Runway 5K on Saturday, November 15th, 2025.

This one-of-a-kind race is unlike any other! You will have the ability to go where few have gone before and run on active runways at the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport! We have been given special permission to close active runways for this race! This race is being hosted by the Southern Timing Foundation, Inc.

🗓️ Race Details

Date & Time: Saturday, November 15th, 2025 at 7:30am.
Location: Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport.
Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up: Friday, November 14th from 3pm - 6pm at the airport terminal located at 700 Airport Rd, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.
Parking Access: Off of Crane Island Drive, view parking entrance on Google Maps.

All participants will receive a commemorative finisher medal, race shirt & a bag filled with supplies from our sponsors!

⏱️ Timing

This race will be Chip Timed by Southern Timing, LLC. All participants will receive an individual results page complete with your results, pace breakdown, finisher certificate and a 20 second video of you crossing the start & finish line!

🏆 Awards

Awards will be given out to the following categories:

Top 3 Male & Female Overall Winners.
Top 3 Male & Female Masters.
Top 3 in Each Age Group: 10 & Under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
