Join us for a great race and family day!

Our excellent 5K race will kick off the Hockomock Y’s Spier Family Kindness for Kids Family Day. What a better way to encourage healthy patterns for the young ones in your life than this:

• Arrive early: Run or walk the Kindness for Kids 5K
• Explore: Check out fun, interactive and educational vendor booths
• Cheer: Support kids who take on the fun run!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 About the Race

Sponsored by the Spier Family and in support of Hockomock Area YMCA Food Access Initiative, the annual 5K that hundreds have come to love (formerly called The Foxboro 5K) will be returning to its original site at the Hockomock Area YMCA-Invensys Foxboro Branch!

Food insecurity is a growing concern in the region and, to address this, the Hockomock Y provides free food and meals with no questions asked. This course and the entire morning of activities will make memories for years to come for all ages and abilities. All proceeds will go to feeding our community.

🕖 Schedule

• Registration: Available on-site starting at 7:00 AM
• 5K Race: Begins at 8:00 AM
• Kids Fun Run: Starts at 9:00 AM (ages 12 and under)
• Family Day Activities: Happening 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

🧸 Additional Information

• Childwatch: Available for racers from 7:30-9:30 AM
• Cost: $25 (5K): Kids Fun Run (free, but they must be registered)
• T-Shirt: The first 200 registrants for the 5K will receive a commemorative Kindness for Kids T-Shirt.
• Results: Posted live to New England Timing

🍽️ Community Support

We ask that all runners bring a non-perishable food item for donation as we work to “Stuff-the-Mobile-Food-Truck” (at check-in) and assist those who need support.
