Join the team from Synapse Center for Health and Healing on August 3, 2024 at 9am for the 3rd annual Set the Pace with State of Grace 5k run/walk fundraiser!

🌟 Cause and Purpose

Foundation Mission: The State of Grace Foundation was developed by the founder and CEO of Synapse, Dr Troy Spurrill, in order to provide assistance for individuals that could not otherwise afford functional medicine treatments.
Community Involvement: We invite our families, friends and patients, of all ages to come together and celebrate healing for all.
