🎉 Event Information

• Date: Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024
• 5k Start Time: 8:00 a.m.
• 1 mi Start Time: 8:40 a.m.
• Packet Pickup: Race day packet pickup starts at 7:00 a.m.

🚗 Parking Information

• Location: Park anywhere in Al Lopez Park.
• Access: The Start/Finish and Packet pickup are on the back side of the park.
• Convenience: It's a close walk from the front parking.
• Facilities: You'll pass a restroom along the way.

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

5K Race

• Timing: Chip timed
• Shirts: Short sleeve tech, unisex, guaranteed if registered by November 14th.
• Tank Options: Option for gender-specific tech tank if registered prior to November 7th.
• Awards: Unique stuffed gnomes for top three overall male/female and gnome finisher medals.

1 Mile Fun Run

• Timing: Not timed. Not chipped.
• Shirts: Short sleeve tech, unisex, guaranteed if registered by November 14th.
• Tank Options: Option for gender-specific tech tank if registered prior to November 7th.
• Awards: Unique gnome finisher medal. No age group/overall awards. Under 17 must be with a parent.

5K Virtual

• Shirts: Short sleeve tech, unisex, guaranteed if registered by November 14th.
• Tank Options: Option for gender-specific tech tank if registered prior to November 7th.
• Shipping: Shirt and medal mailed to participant. Registration closes December 7th.

🏆 Awards

• Top Prizes: Running shoes from Feet First & New Balance to 1st place male/female adult and male/female under 15.
• Gift Cards: $20 Feet First Gift Card to 1st place in each age group.
• Trophies: Unique stuffed gnome trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall in the 5K male/female categories.
• Middle Awards: Two Middle of the Pack Awards, $100 toward running shoes from The Running Center.

💰 Pre-Race Registration Fees

• 5K Fees: $30. Price increases to $35 on July 14, then to $40 on 10/14 plus processing fee.
• Virtual 5K: $35 plus processing fee.
• 1 Mile Fun Run Fees: $25. Price increases to $30 on July 14, then to $35 on 10/14 plus processing fee.

📦 Pre-Race Packet Pick Up

• Date: Wednesday, Dec. 11th, The Running Center, 14427 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, North Tampa, 4:00-6:00 p.m.
• Date: Thursday, Dec 12th, at Feet First, 3401 Bay to Bay Avenue, South Tampa, 4:00-6:00 p.m.

🗓 Race Day Schedule

• 7:00 a.m. – 7:45 a.m: Bib/shirt pickup
• 8:00 a.m: 5K starts
• 8:40 a.m: 1 Mile Fun Run starts

🎈 Additional Information

• Dress Code: Wear your holiday-themed running attire! Santa will be there!
• Refund Policy: No refunds. Race bibs/numbers may not be transferred or given away unless done via 'managing your registration' on the website.
• Registration Changes: To switch from the 'in person' race to virtual, go to your dashboard.
