For the first time since 2023, we are going BACK TO BROWNSVILLE!!!!!

- Date: Saturday, July 4, 2026
- Time: 8:30 am Eastern DST
- Start: Walkers will start 15 minutes prior to the runners.

- Nearby: Liberty is on US 27, 14 miles north of Oxford, Ohio
- Also Accessible: 17 miles south of Richmond, Indiana: 15 miles east of Connersville, Indiana:
- Route: 18 miles north of Brookville, Indiana on state road 101.
Distance
7.5K The run will start at the northeast corner of the courthouse at the corner of Union and Market streets. Runners will run down Market Street and turn left on E Sycamore and follow Brownsville Avenue across zip codes to finish in Brownsville!
Aid Stations
- Water Stations: There will be a water stations on course.
- Finish Line Amenities: There will be water, Gatorade, and snacks to re-fuel at the finish line.
- Transportation: Transportation provided to return to Liberty for awards.
Facilities
Port-a-johns available at Liberty Festival.
Awards
- Age Groups: The age groups for men and women are as follows: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-47, 48-55, 56-63, 64-71, 72 and up.
- Clydesdale Division: 200 lb and over.
- Trophies: Trophies will be awarded to the top five female and male finishers. One trophy for overall Clydesdale Division winner!
- Medals: Medals will be awarded for each age group - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (Top 5 overall winners excluded from age groups).
Entry Fee
- Early Registration: $25.00 if registered by June 25, 2024 (includes a T-shirt).
- Late Registration: $25.00 after June 25 does not guarantee a T-shirt (We may have extras on Race Day).
Additional Information
The “Liberty Freedom Run” is run in conjunction with the Liberty 4th of July Festival—Flea Market, Food, Parade, Live Music.
