THE 2024 ALL SCHOOLS SPECIAL NEEDS 5K IS A COED CHAMPIONSHIP RACE!
🎗️ Beneficiary Details
- Organization: All Schools Special Needs, Inc, a non-profit based in Ridgefield Park.
- Mission: To provide excellent resources such as physical and medical equipment, educational supplies, technology, field trips, and more to the special needs population of Ridgefield Park.
- Support: These resources would not normally be attainable for reasons like cost and availability.
- Community Impact: We are happy to support this great organization that does so much for these children.
🏁 Race Course
- Course Type: Our rolling course provides an excellent second half of the race with a downhill finish to the track.
- Post Race Celebration: Stay after for our post-race indoor/outdoor BBQ party offering plenty of refreshments and giveaways!
- Check-In Location: 1 Ozzie Nelson Drive, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660.
- Timing: Timing and Scoring by CompuScore.
🗓️ Schedule
- 8:00 am - 9:15 am: Same Day Registration and check-in.
- 9:30 am: 5K Run/Walk Begins.
- 10:45 am: Awards Ceremony.
- Course Certification: USATF Certified and Sanctioned.
🏆 Awards and Gifts
- Participant Shirt: Shirt is given to all participants.
- Top Finishers: Top 3 Overall Finishers (Male & Female) will get a Gift Certificate & Medal.
- Local Recognition: Top Male and Female Ridgefield Park Finisher will get a Medal.
- Age Group Medals: Top 3 Finishers in Each Age Category will receive a Medal.
- Team Trophy: Trophy to the team with the most people present.
🎉 Amenities
- Shirt: Long Sleeve Dri-Fit Tech shirt to all pre-registrants and while supplies last.
- Entertainment: Music by a live DJ.
- Post Race: Refreshments and excellent giveaways!
🚗 Parking Information
- Location: Parking at Ridgefield Park HS, the bottom of Morningside Lane.
- Street Parking: There is plenty of parking on any side streets excluding Overpeck Ave.
- Time Consideration: Please allow yourself time to find parking and get to the race site.
