East End Sizzler 10K/5K

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Event Name: 16th Annual East End Sizzler “Stride to End Childhood Cancer” is a 5K and 10K.
• Location: Held in the small community of East End, AR.
• Organizer: Put on by the Little Rock South Lions Club.

🕖 Registration Details

• Start Time: Registration for the race will begin at 7:00 am and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
• Race Start: The 5K and 10K will both begin at 8:00 am.
• Timing: This will be a chip-timed race.
• Time Limit: There is a Course time Limit of 2 hours.

🏆 Award Categories

• Top Finishers: Awarding the top 3 males and females in each age category.
• Age Groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• Applicable: Awards will be for both the 5K and the 10K.

👕 T-Shirt Information

• Deadline: T-shirt Deadline is September 5, 2025.
• Availability: We will do our best to get everyone a shirt in their size if you register after the deadline!
• Distribution: Shirts will be given out first-come, first-serve until we run out.

❤️ Community Impact

• Support: In 2024, we supported the Ronald McDonald House to purchase items (snacks) for families.
• Purpose: These items are for families who stay when children are in the hospital.
