💦 A 'Cool' Run

• Choice: Choose the DRY RUN 5k or the SPLASH DASH 5k if you want to plunge through the wild river before the finish line.
• Experience: Enjoy your 'coolest' summer run/walk with a chance to win SUPER DUPER Age divisions medal awards.
• Fun: It's a SUPER DUPER FUN event, whether you make it competitive or just cruise and have a great time!
• Challenge: The last 600 yards of the SPLASH DASH allows you to 'DASH' through the lazy river in 2 1/2 feet of water!

• Discount: Eligible for discounted entry into WILD RIVERS on August 24 only for $39.99.
• Online Purchase: A ticket must be bought online in advance using code: SPLASH25.
• Admission: Show your bib at the gate: a ticket discount link will be provided on this website beginning June 1.
• Notification: An email with details will be sent to every participant.

👐 Food Drive Initiative

• Requirement: Every participant must bring at least 2 canned goods or $5 cash donation for the food drive.
• Partnership: Wild Rivers offers free parking this first annual year: donations go to South County Outreach.
• Impact: South County Outreach serves over 400 families each month with nourishing food items.
• Needed Items: Most needed are canned fruit, canned fish/meat, and jelly.

⏰ Race Day Details

• Time: All participants must be off the course by 9:30AM: the park reopens to the public at 10AM.
• Finish: Age Division and overall awards will take place outside the entrance at the south end.
• Schedule:
  • 6:30 AM: Registration opens
  • 7:45 AM: Duck Dash for kids
  • 8:00 AM: Mass Start SPLASH DASH 5k/DRY RUN 5k
  • 9:00 AM: Start of 5k awards ceremony begins.
• Refreshments: Specialty coffees and pancakes served by Wild Rivers Food Services.

📝 Course Information

The course runs around the perimeter of WILD RIVERS parking lot on a 2-loop course, enters the park through the back employee parking area, and weaves through the entire water park, ending in the 2 1/2-foot deep WILD RIVER.

🚸 Ducky Dash Details

The DUCKY DASH starts and finishes on the bridge and runs through the kiddie pool wading area. All kids receive towels and a finisher medal.

📅 Packet Pick-Up Information

Early race packet pick-up is Saturday, August 23rd, from 10 AM to 1 PM at Road Runner Sports, 24291 Avenida de La Carlota, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. You may also pick up bib and shirt or towel at race site on race day beginning at 6:30AM.

👶 Participant Requirements

• Restrooms: Available inside Wild Rivers Water Park.
• Dogs: No dogs allowed on the race course or in the water park.
• Strollers: Allowed but must stay toward the back and you must sign up for the DRY RUN.
• Floaties: Young children can wear floaties if carried all the way on the course.

You must be aware that any phones or electronics will get wet. It's your responsibility to keep them in something waterproof. Use at your own risk.
