8K and 5K Race Amenities

1 Mile Kids Fun Run Amenities
- Course Details: 1 Mile course for kids 14 and under. This fun run is non-timed.
- Start Time: Fun Run starts at 8:40am, right before the 8K/5K.
- Finisher Gifts: Finisher medal and Elf n Cocoa custom beanie for all participating kids.
- Hot Cocoa: Participants will receive hot cocoa at the finish from "Death of the Fox Coffee House."

- Schedule: 1 Miler starts at 8:40AM, 5K runners start at 9:00AM, and 8K runners/walkers start at 9:05AM.
- Walkers Welcome: 5K distance allows walkers to participate.
- Photography: Professional photographer on staff. Free downloadable race and after-party photos available.
- Food and Music: Food truck "DonutNV" serving donuts and coffee pre and post-race, and a DJ playing holiday tunes.
Packet Pick Up Options
- Saturday Pickup: December 6 from 10AM-Noon at Running Co in Mullica Hill (86 N Main Street). Enjoy a 15% discount on purchases during packet pickup.
- Race Day Pickup: Sunday, December 7 from 7:30-8:30am at Riverwinds Community Center lobby.
- Check-In: Runners and walkers must check in between 7:30 - 8:30 AM for race items and announcements.

Additional Information

- Runner Changes: Runners may change distances through EMAIL or at Race Check-in (extra fee may apply).
- Strollers: Jogging strollers are permitted.
- No Dogs: Dogs are not allowed to participate in the race.
- Weather Policy: Race is rain or shine. No refunds or transfers.
