5k Details

5k: For only $22 you can challenge yourself to complete the 5k (3.1 miles) race.

Awards: Winners in both distances will receive awards at the 10:30am ceremony.
Participation: Everyone is invited to participate regardless of age or physical ability.
Arrival: Runners must arrive by 8:45 on race morning to receive their race bib.
Ceremony: The 5k awards ceremony will take place at 10:30am.

12 Hour Race Details

12 Hour Race: How far do you think you could run and walk in 12 hours?

Time: The race runs from Friday night at 8:45pm until Saturday morning at 8:45am.
Food: There will be food and drinks available throughout the event.
Comfort: Bring comfortable items like chairs, blankets, and clothes to enhance your experience.
Goal: Participants can set individual goals and enjoy a relaxed environment.

Course Information

The loop is entirely on the First Baptist / VCA campus.

5k Loop: Each loop is 1.036 miles for the 5k, with three loops total.
12 Hour Loop: The loop for the 12 Hour race is adjusted to 1 mile.
Safety: Volunteers will be present to ensure a safe environment during the 5k.
Lighting: 12 Hour runners must have a headlamp or flashlight in dark areas.

Refreshments

For the 5k, we will offer water, Gatorade, and bananas during the race, along with ice cream sandwiches for finishers. The 12 Hour participants will enjoy a variety of hot and cold drinks and solid foods throughout the night.
