The Fairmont Sprint and 5K Run are all held at Gomsrud Park, Fairmont on Saturday, June 21st, 2025. There will not be an Olympic triathlon event.
📅 Youth Triathlon Date
REMEMBER! The Youth Triathlon (kids ages 5-15) date is Friday, June 20, 2025. 5:15PM Race is located at the Fairmont Aquatic Park.
📝 Registration Information
- T-Shirt Guarantee: Registrations received by May 25, 2025 will be guaranteed a t-shirt by size requested.
- Race Day Registration: Youth Triathlon race day registration (Friday) from 4-4:30 p.m. Fairmont Aquatic Park.
- Packet Pick-Up: Gomsrud Park Picnic Shelter.
- Time: Race Day from 7am-8am.
🚴♂️ Sprint Triathlon Details
Sprint event distance is: .25 mile open water swim: 20k bike (12.5 miles) on flat county roads: 5k (3.1 miles) run through residential areas.
- Medals: Medals to top 2 in each age category, and trophies to top 3 male & female overall finishers.
🤝 Relay Information
Team Relay Divisions are available in the Sprint Triathlon. Teams consist of 2 or 3 people.
👶 Youth Triathlon Details
REMEMBER! The Youth Triathlon date is Friday, June 20, 2025. 5:15PM Race is located at the Fairmont Aquatic Park.
- AGES 5-8: 25m pool swim (flotation devices allowed), 1 mile bike, 1/4 mile run.
- AGES 9-11: 25m pool swim (flotation devices allowed), 1.8 mile bike, 1/2 mile run.
- AGES 12-15: 50m pool swim, 3.5 mile bike, 1 mile run.
- Participation Awards: Ribbons and t-shirts to all participants.
