Queen Bee Montana Marathon

🏃‍♀️ Welcome to the 45th Anniversary of the QB Montana Marathon!

Join us in Billings, Montana on June 1st, 2025, for this iconic event!

🌄 About the Marathon

The Montana Marathon is one of the oldest races in the state with a foundation of nature, adventure and community. All races finish at Pioneer Park. Meet up with fellow runners and spectators to enjoy a fun ramped up vendor area, refreshments, music, prizes and awards!

🏅 The QB Montana Marathon

• Fast Course: The QB Montana Marathon is famous for being a FAST and beautiful Boston qualifier course! While the first ten miles feature scenic rolling green hills, the final 16 treat you to a loss of 1,000 vertical feet.
• Shuttle Details: Marathon racers will be shuttled to the start line from Senior High School Parking Lot.
• Shuttle Schedule: Shuttles Load up at 5:30AM and Depart at 6:00AM.
• Start Time: The Marathon starts at 7:00am.

🏃‍♂️ The QB Half Marathon

• Award Recognition: The QB Half Marathon was selected again by Road Runners Club of America as the Montana State Championship Race!
• Shuttle Requirements: There is NO parking at the Half Marathon start and racers will be required to take the shuttle.
• Loading Information: Half Marathon racers will be shuttled to the start line from Senior High School Parking lot. The last shuttle leaves at 7:45am.
• Start Time: The Half Marathon begins at 8:30AM.

🏃 The QB 10K

• Course Info: The QB 10K starts at the Rimrock West Park and finishes at Pioneer Park.
• Shuttle Details: 10K racers will be shuttled to the start line from Senior High School Parking lot.
• Loading Times: 10K Runners will begin loading at 8:15AM. The last shuttle leaves at 9:00am.
• Start Time: The 10K starts at 9:45AM.

🏃‍♀️ The QB 5K

• Course Details: The QB 5K starts at Rose Park and finishes at Pioneer Park.
• Shuttle Options: 5K Racers will need to drive to the start line. Post-Race shuttles will go every 15 minutes from Pioneer Park to Rose Park.
• Start Time: 5K Race starts at 10:00AM.

Finisher Medals: Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K & 5K! F/M Age Group Awards: Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K & 5K. F/M Overall Awards: Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K & 5K.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted on the Marathon or Half Marathon Courses.
• Dog Policy: Dogs are not permitted on any race courses.
• Traffic: The course is marked well, but it is open to traffic.
• Volunteers: There will be volunteers at most intersections to assist.

📅 Packet Pick-up Information

• Location: MSU-Billings Lower Gym - 1500 University Dr
• Date: Saturday, May 31
• Times: 12:00pm - 4:00pm

🚻 Portapotties

• Availability: Portapotties will be available at various locations around the course.
• Locations: Bus loading area at Senior High School parking lot, start of each race, and several points along the race.
