Reach Out and Run 5K

Race Overview

Welcome to registration for the 7th Annual Reach Out and Run 5K Run/Walk sponsored by Medway Community Church!!! This race offers the chance to compete on a fast course, support some great local organizations, and have a morning of fun for the entire family. Our 5K course is USATF certified and sure to make for an exciting race! This year, we will also have a KIDS RUN for the little ones once the 5k wraps up so be sure to bring the younger ones along too.

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, August 29th, 2026
• Location: 196 Main Street, Medway, MA
• Registration Fee: $30 for adults, $10 for children 12 and under
• Shirt Guarantee: Register by August 7th to guarantee a Reach Out and Run 5K shirt

Beneficiary Information

• 100% Proceeds: All proceeds will go equally towards supporting the Franklin Food Pantry and the Medway Village Food Pantry.
• Food Insecurity Support: Both organizations support those facing food insecurity in the Franklin/Medway area.
• Registration Fee Contribution: 100% of your registration fee will go directly to the Franklin Food Pantry and Medway Food Pantry.
• Donation Option: If you are unable to attend, you can click on the Donate button at the top of the page to contribute directly to the organizations.

Awards and Activities

• Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top male and female finisher as well as the top finishers in each age group.
• Family Engagement: Non-runners and families are invited to participate in the 5K walk portion.
• Crowd Support: Cheer on our racers at the start and finish line or along the course.
• Kids Activities: Participate in fun activities like crafts and games, and have the kids run our kid-sized KIDS RUN.
