The 27th Annual Cancer League of Colorado Race 4 Research 5K will take place on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at Washington Park in Denver, CO.

🏁 Run In-Person

• Race Start: 9am on Sunday, August 20th
• Registration: Only day-of-race registration available at Washington Park
• Early Arrival: Recommended for race bibs and t-shirt pickup
• Children Discount: Participants under 12 years old pay $20.00

🤝 Help Us Fundraise

• Organization: Cancer League of Colorado
• Goal: Raise funds for cancer research and clinical trials
• Fundraising: Create or join a fundraising team, request donations
• Minimum: No fundraising minimum, aiming for $40,000 donation goal

🌟 Miracle Mile

• Eligibility: Participants raising or donating $150 can have a poster on the Miracle Mile
• Display: Inspirational posters honoring loved ones affected by cancer along the race route
• Renewal: Contacted by volunteer once minimum amount is reached
• Deadline: Posters must be ordered and finalized by August 8th

🌺 In Memory of Michele Plachy-Rubin

The Race 4 Research was established in 1997 in memory of Michele Plachy-Rubin, a young mother and teacher who fought brain cancer.
