🍩 Race Overview

• Cap Participation: THIS RACE WILL BE CAPPED AT 550, SO REGISTER SOON!
• Date: Join us for a delicious 5K race on Saturday, October 19 at Brewnuts located at 6501 Detroit Road!
• Benefits for Runners: All runners receive a custom race shirt, finisher medal, complimentary donut from Brewnuts, and chip timed results.
• Kids Event: Kids participating in the Donut Dash will receive a complimentary donut from Brewnuts and a Donut Goodie Bag.

🏃 Race Options

• Virtual Participation: If you prefer to join us from your neighborhood, there is a Virtual Registration Option. Entry includes packet mailing after the race or you can pick up prior to race day at the packet pick up locations.
• Start Times: Registration/Packet Pick Up Outside of Brewnuts- 7:30am. Donut Dash - Kids 8 & Under 8:45am. 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Run/Walk- 9:00am.
• Timing: 5K - Chip Timed. 1 Mile Run/Walk and Donut Dash - non-timed.
• Registration Details: THERE WILL BE PACKET PICKUP. THERE IS NO RACE DAY PAPER REGISTRATION. IF YOU WANT TO REGISTER AND THE RACE ISN'T SOLD OUT, YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE.

💵 Pricing Information

• Donut Dash: Kids 8 & Under 8:45am - $20. Kids receive a complimentary donut from Brewnuts and a donut dash goodie bag.
• 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Run/Walk: 9:00am - $40. All runners receive a custom race shirt, finisher medal, complimentary donut from Brewnuts and chip timed results.
• Refund Policy: Sorry, but all entries are non-refundable. You may not give or sell your race number to other people, and entry fees are not transferable to the next year’s race or any other race.
• Entry Transfers: You are able to transfer your entry to another person for a fee of $10.00. No transfers on race day!

🐶 Dogs and Strollers

• Dog Policy: Only one dog per runner, must be leashed at all times, and you must pick up after your dog.
• Stroller Policy: No double strollers please! Start in the back for safety.
• Dog Behavior: Dogs must be well-socialized. Threatening behavior may result in being asked to leave.
• Owner Responsibility: Owners must be able to control their dogs to ensure safety for everyone.

🔄 Transfer Information

• Transfer Process: To complete a Transfer, go to your profile on Runsignup and choose either the refund transfer or gift transfer option.
• Transfer Fees: Refund Transfers: Transferee pays the current price and the original registrant pays a $10 transfer fee.
• For Gift Transfers: Transferee’s registration is free: the original registrant also pays a $10 transfer fee.
