Clare Dairy Phil Ice Cream Summerfest 5K

🍦 Event Overview

If you like Ice Cream, then this is the 5K Run/Walk for you! We are partnering with the Dairy Phil in Clare, Michigan by offering a 5K Run/Walk as a part of the Clare Summerfest weekend! The race will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 7pm at Clare High School (306 Schoolcrest Ave. Clare, MI 48617).

👕 T-Shirt and Ice Cream

• T-Shirts: Limited to the first 100 people that sign up.
• Ice Cream: Each participant will also receive Dairy Phil ice cream after the race!

🕒 Registration Details

• Online Registration: Ends at 11:59pm on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
• Pre-registration Rate: $20 if registered by June 17, 2026.
• Day of Race Registration: $25 on June 19, 2026.
• No Mail-in Registration: All registration must occur in person.

📍 Packet Pick-up

Packet pick-up and day of race registration will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026 from 5:45pm-6:45pm. Race registration will end promptly at 6:45pm to ensure a 7:00pm start for the race.

🏃‍♂️ Race Route

The race will start and end near Clare High School and will take place on the streets of Clare, Michigan.

⚠️ Important Notes

• No Kid's Run: We do not offer a Kid's Run.
• Changing Facilities: Available at Clare High School.
• Safety Rules: No dogs allowed: baby strollers can participate, starting at the back.
• No Refunds: All race proceeds will support Clare High School running programs.

🏅 Awards

All 5K participants will earn a Clare Dairy Phil Ice Cream Summerfest 5K medal, which will be handed out at packet pick-up prior to the race.

📝 Waiver

I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants or spectators or animals, the effects of the weather, traffic, and conditions of the race course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of this entry being accepted, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Clare Dairy Phil Ice Cream Summerfest 5K, sponsors, supporters, officials, the race directors and volunteers, and the City of Clare from all claims or liabilities of any kind that may arise on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I agree that my photo may be taken and used without my consent and without compensation. Thank you.
