The Pomona 5K/10K celebrates its 9th anniversary on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Take the chance to be a part of this historic milestone. With an average of 700 running participants and over 300 spectators in Downtown Pomona to cheer on all the runners, this event is a premier community event in the City of Pomona with a broad reach.

🌟 Our Background

• Establishment: The Pomona 5K was born in 2016, with the vision of creating a community-driven running event in the heart of Downtown Pomona.
• Partnership: The Pomona 5K is a partnership between Pomona Valley Runners and various community organizations including God’s Pantry.
• Community Involvement: This event has been coordinated by a core group of dedicated community leaders from Pomona who volunteer their time.
• Growth: The event aims to foster community spirit and promote fitness and health.

• 8:00 AM: 5K & 10K race
• 9:30 AM: Division Winners
