Frostbite 5-Mile Run & Penguin 5K Walk

🏃‍♂️ ALL RUN / WALK PROCEEDS BENEFITS SPECIAL OLYMPICS – LYCOMING COUNTY

The goal of these events is, and has always been, to help raise awareness and recruit volunteers for Special Olympics.

🕐 RACE SCHEDULE

• Registration: Starts at 11:00 AM.
• Race Start Time: Both races start at 1:00 PM.

💵 ENTRY FEES

• Pre-registration: Greatly encouraged for guaranteed shirts.
• Cost: $35 by November 1, 2025. Includes long sleeve tech shirt.
• Late Registration: $40. Shirts are limited.

🌐 VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION

Can’t participate in person – join us virtually this year!

🚗 PARKING

Available at the Fire Hall and Bank Parking Lots.

🏆 AWARDS

• Timing: Races officially timed by Falcon Race Timing.
• Overall Awards: Top 3 Male and Female Runners and First Overall Male and Female Walkers.
• Age Group Awards: Running (14U, 15 – 19, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, 70+). Walking (1 – 39, 40 – 59, 60+).
• Extras: Door prizes, food, and refreshments.

🏞️ COURSE

Flat and gradual hill climbs for first half of race and flat and downhill for last 2.2 miles.
