Lace up for our scenic 5k and 10k races, officially certified by the USATF-NJ and part of the Cross Country Grand Prix. Picture yourself racing through Rosedale Park's stunning fall foliage—it’s a runner's dream!

• Enjoy leisurely pace: Join us for a Fun Run that's perfect for all ages.
• Kiddie races: Little ones aged 10 and under can dash 100 yards through the meadow.
• Pure joy: Experience excitement for the pint-sized sprinters in our kiddie races.

Can't make it on November 1? No worries! Choose one of our virtual options and be part of the fun from anywhere.

💰 Run for Free

RUN FOR FREE: Every registered runner who creates an individual fundraiser and reaches $250 or more in donations will have their race fees refunded. Plus, you're also eligible for cool race swag. Funds must be collected through the Meadows Miler website to receive the race refund and swag.

🕒 Race Day Schedule

• 7:30am: Parking, packet pick-up, and same-day registration open.
• 8:00am: Vendor Village opens.
• 8:30am: Warm-Up by Max Challenge.
• 9:00am: 10k Start.
• 9:15am: 5k Start.
• 10:00 to 11:30am: Awards and Post-Race Party.
