Join us on June 28th for Vyshyvanka Run 2024 – charitable run in Miami dedicated to supporting the Ukrainian army amidst the current crisis. All registration fees (100%) will be directed to this important cause. All kids 17 & under can register for $20. (Discount taken automatically during registration)

History and Mission

Vyshyvanka Run, a beloved event in Ukraine for many years, is making its debut in Miami. Founded by renowned athlete and champion Oleksandr Kuzin, this event is not just a run: it's a celebration of Ukrainian culture and unity, bridging communities across the globe. The event is organized by a dedicated group of Ukrainian volunteers living in South Florida.

Vyshyvanka, the traditional Ukrainian embroidered shirt, is a significant cultural symbol, representing the rich heritage and history of Ukraine. The Vyshyvanka Run has been held in Ukraine for over a decade, attracting thousands of participants annually who come together to celebrate and preserve Ukrainian traditions. This year, we are proud to bring this cherished event to Miami for the first time.

Event Details

Date: June 28th, 2024

Start Time: 6:00pm

Location: Florida International University, Biscayne Campus

Participants can choose between a 5K or 10K route, both set along a beautiful, scenic course within the campus. For our younger runners, there will be a special 200-meter Kids' Dash, ensuring a fun experience for everyone. Expect a vibrant atmosphere with partners, prizes, kids' entertainment, and delicious treats.

Timed Results and Tracking

We will be providing RFID Chip Timing for our event. Results will be streamed live as you cross the finish line and all participants will receive an individual results page complete with a custom finisher certificate and pace breakdown.

All participants will receive a performance race shirt with Ukrainian embroidery, a unique finisher medal, snacks, drinks, and gifts. Top 3 runners in each category will receive valuable presents from our partners, recognizing their outstanding achievements.

Media and Ambassadors

Our event will be covered by both Ukrainian and American media outlets. We are thrilled to have Ukrainian and American bloggers as ambassadors, bringing even more visibility and support to this cause.
