Berryville Turkey Trot 5K & 1 Mile Kids Fun Run

Race Information

• Place: Clarke County Parks & Recreation located at: 225 Al Smith Circle, Berryville, VA. 22611.
• Distance: This event includes a 5K and a 1-Mile Kids Fun Run.
• Location: The races will be held on the fitness trail and the roadway coming into the park.
• Park Features: Chet Hobert Park is a 102-acre property West of Berryville.

Event Schedule

• Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025
• 5K Start Time: 9:00 AM
• 1 Mile Kids Fun Run Start Time: 10:00 AM
• Age Limit: The Fun Run is for kids 10 and under.

Registration Details

• Cost: The 5K costs $35.00 and the 1 Mile Kids Fun Run costs $25.00.
• Discount: Members of the Shenandoah Valley Runners receive a $3.00 registration discount.
• Price Increase: After October 27, the 5K will be $40.00 and the Fun Run will be $30.00.
• Registration Deadline: Register by Nov. 2 midnight to guarantee a runner's T-shirt.

Awards and Prizes

• Trophy Plaques: Overall trophy plaques to the top three finishers (male & female) for each race.
• Medals: The top three in each 10-year age group in the 5K will be recognized with medals.
• Masters' Awards: Awards for masters' winners (male & female) aged 40 and over.
• Door Prizes: Frozen turkeys and other great door prizes will be given away: must be present to win.

Bib Pickup Information

• Date: Bib pick up is Friday, November 14 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
• Location: John H. Enders Fire and Rescue Co. social hall or at the race registration table starting at 7:30 AM.
• Check In: Look for the Check In banner at the Parks & Rec building.
• Pre-Race Pickup: You can also pick up your bib before the race.

Food Drive

• Charity Partner: We are partnering with FISH of Clarke County Food Pantry.
• Collection Times: Collecting items Friday evening and Saturday morning at the race.
• Requested Items: Canned soup, vegetables, meat, pasta, cereal, canned fruit, and more.
• Note: No glass jars, please. We THANK YOU in advance for supporting this food drive!
