It’s never been a better time to find new ways to boost physical and emotional health. Joining the Heart Walk is a great way to socially connect and get moving - all while making a great impact in our community and saving lives.

🏅 Event Details
In addition to an officially timed 5k, there is also a 5k Walk that starts 15 minutes after the run. The 5k Walk is an untimed event as is the mile walk.
If walkers are interested in obtaining an official time, they must register for the 5k Run.
