🏃‍♂️ The Woodlands Galloway Training Program

The Galloway Run/Walk/Run Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a personal goal: of running a half marathon. We can also help you train to run 5ks and 10ks and maybe even a full marathon. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to experienced runners. We also offer a walk group. Our quest is to help you train for and complete a half marathon injury free.
Runners following Jeff Galloway’s RUN-WALK-RUN™ method have a 98% success rate!
Let us help you prepare for a half marathon and achieve your goal, injury free.

• Duration: 27-week half marathon training session in 2025-2026 season
• Schedule: Early Saturday morning runs guided by trained group leaders
• Groups: Determined by pace, ability, and experience
• Inclusions: Price includes technical running shirt and Galloway training e-book
