🏃♂️ Race Overview
Talk about marathons being tough races if you want, but a well-run mile on the track requires as much courage as any other distance.
🎯 Race Format
- Heats: Runners are seeded into 12-14 heats based on their projected finish times.
- Event History: Back in 1998, GWTC picked the Wright family to direct this event.
- Breakfast Treat: Felton, Bonnie and Jamie put on a great show, including pancakes for breakfast.
- New Direction: The Race Director's baton (or rolled pancake) passed to The Stanley Family last year.

They hope to keep the excitement for fast miles and pancakes rolling this summer!
