About this race
Race Overview
The River Fest 5K is sponsored by the New Cumberland Festival and Parade Committee and raises money for the Oak Glen High School Physical Education Department.
Course Details
- Location: 1205 North Chestnut St, New Cumberland, WV.
- Course Type: City road course starting on North Chestnut Street (across from Hines Park Gazebo).
- Route: Heads south on Rt. 2 past the New Cumberland Baseball Fields and returns to start line.
- Festivities: Race day activities will be held at Hines Park Gazebo.
Participation Options
- Categories: We have a run, walk, stroller, and kids division.
- Awards: Awards will be given to the team with the most participants.
- Run Category: For participants who want to run or run/walk.
- Walk Category: Walk ONLY (no running allowed). Please keep this in mind when registering for your event.
