This is a staple 5k of the Pine Belt area! Come join us on Monday, September 1, 2025 · Cloverleaf Mall Food Court · Hattiesburg for the 2025 Ryan Hendley Memorial Labor Your Legs 5k.

🆕 New Registration Options

• Discounted Registration: A New Discounted Race Registration Option for the 5k run or walk.
• Shirt Option: If race shirts are not your thing, then we have a discounted race registration option for you!
• Deadline: This discounted rate will only be available until 12:00 p.m. on August 18, 2025.

📅 Important Dates

• Online Registration Closes: 12:00 pm (noon) (CDT) on Friday, August 29, 2025.
• Race Day: The 5k Run/Walk starts at 7:30 a.m. Please arrive at 7:15 a.m. for announcements.
• Aid Station: There will be 1 aid station around 1.7 miles in front of Temple B'Nai Israel.

👟 Race and Course Information

• Course Description: The course is smooth, with a few inclines and declines along the way.
• Start and Finish: The race starts in the North end of the parking lot outside of the Food Court and returns to the finish line right outside of the Food Court.
• Safety: Please exercise caution while on the course: traffic monitors will be present.
• 5k Walk Rules: Be aware that this is for WALKERS ONLY: no running allowed.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Fun Run

• Timing: Begins immediately after the conclusion of the 5k Run/Walk.
• Location: Typically runs through the parking lot of the Cloverleaf Mall: subject to change.

👕 2025 LYL Race Shirts

• Registration Deadline: Register by August 18, 2025, to guarantee a Race Shirt!
• Purchase Option: Additional race shirts may be purchased during registration for $15.00.
• After Deadline: If you sign up after August 18, we cannot guarantee you will receive a race shirt.

🏆 Awards

• 5K Run Awards: 1st Male and Female, Overall, Master, and Grandmaster.
• Age Group Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Male and Female for various age groups.
• 5K Walk Awards: Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Early Pickup: Sunday, August 31, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at The ARC Southeast MS Gymnasium.
• Items Provided: Bibs, race sweatshirts, swag bags, and purchased add-ons.
• Race Day Pickup: Starts at 6:00 a.m. at the Food Court inside the Cloverleaf Mall.

🎉 Post-Race Fun

• Door Prizes: Multiple door prizes will be given away following the race.
• Refreshments: There will be plenty of post-race food and refreshments.
• Booths: Several Sponsor booths will be set up throughout the Food Court area.

⏱️ Race Timing

The race will be timed by Diva Timing.
