AppleJack Fun Run & Walk

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Please join us for the annual 5K run/walk through beautiful Nebraska City on Saturday morning, September 20, 2025, in conjunction with the city’s AppleJack Festival! We encourage participation of everyone from the beginner to experienced road runners - proceeds from this event go back into the Nebraska City community.

🗺️ Route Information

• Starting Point: The route for this 5K begins in Steinhart Park in Nebraska City.
• Terrain: Portions of the race will be on brick, gravel, and rough terrain.
• Accessibility: Strollers and dogs (on leashes) are welcome and encouraged!

🕖 Event Schedule

• Meeting Time: Meet at Steinhart Park in front of Steinhart Aquatic Center at 7:00 a.m.
• Start Time: The run begins at 7:30 a.m.
• Parking: Plenty of free parking is available at Nebraska City High School, 141 Steinhart Park Road.
• Facilities: Restrooms are available at the start/finish.

👶 Kids Run

• Event Time: There will be a 1-mile Kids Run beginning at 8:30 a.m. in Steinhart Park.
• Cost: The Kids Run is free!
