Event Description

CGC is the region’s only provider of grief support and therapy services for bereaved children, teens, and families. Every step taken in the Memory Run/Walk honors those we’ve lost and supports those who are grieving.

Registration

First 600 pre-registered runners & walkers receive race t-shirt.

Fees

• Adult: $40
• Youth (Under 18): $25.00 - First 100 Youth under 18 register for free.
• Team Registration: (10 or more) $30 - First 9 team members to register will receive a $10 refund once your 10th team member registers.
• Virtual Couch 5K: $40

Packet Pick Up

• Early Packet Pick-Up: on Friday, March 20th @ Up & Running, 3233 N. Mesa, Ste. 205, 12-6 pm
• Race Day Packet Pick-Up: Saturday, March 21 @ start line, 7:00 a.m.-7:45 a.m.

Awards & Prizes

• Trophy to the top overall 3 finishers.
• Medals to top 5K finishers in male & female age groups: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over.
• LARGEST TEAM TROPHY: Trophy and bragging rights to the largest registered team of 10 or more.

Post-Race Family Entertainment

• Refreshments available at finish line.
