Mercy Medical Run

Event Overview

Come join us for the 4th annual Mercy Medical Run on Saturday, October 3, 2026! There are three races (10k, 5k, & 1-mile fun run) to raise money for Mercy Medical Ministry. All proceeds from this race will be donated to Mercy Medical.

Mission Statement

• Purpose: The mission of Mercy Medical Ministry is to glorify God in our community through sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and by providing compassionate healthcare for the uninsured.
• History: For over 25 years, Mercy Medical has fulfilled this mission through the generous financial support of our community.
• Staff: The clinic is staffed primarily by volunteers who selflessly give their time to love and serve the uninsured of our community.

Race Location and Schedule

Location: The race will start and end at All In Cross Fit with an 8:00 AM start for the 1-mile fun run followed by the 5k and 10k at 8:30 AM.

Registration Fees

• Pre-Registration Fees: 10K ($45), 5K ($35), 1-mile ($20). The cost for each race includes a T-shirt. Deadline to register to receive a T-shirt is September 16th! Pre-registration will end September 30th at midnight.
• Race Day Registration Fees: 10K ($50), 5K ($40), 1-mile ($30).

Packet Pickup

• Early Packet Pickup: Friday, October 2nd at Mercy Medical from 4:00-6:00 PM (325 Dunlop Drive, Opelika, Alabama 36801).
• Race Day Schedule: 7:00-7:50 Packet Pickup, 8:00 1-mile start, 8:30 5k & 10k start.

Awards

• 10K Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall Male and Female along with top (first) Male and Female in age groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• 5K Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall Male and Female along with top (first) Male and Female in the same age groups as 10K.

All awards must be picked up at the event.

Other Information

• Final Results: Final official results will be posted within 48 hours after race completion at www.auburnrunning.org/results.html.
• Parking: All In Cross Fit main parking lot.
• Water Stops: Water/Gatorade will be available every 1-1/2 miles.
• Refunds: Refunds are not allowed for this race.
