• Volunteers: Clinic staffed primarily by volunteers

• Start/End: All In Cross Fit
• 1-mile Fun Run: Starts at 8:00 AM
• 5k & 10k: Starts at 8:30 AM

Registration Fees

• Pre-Registration Fees: 10K ($45), 5K ($35), 1-mile ($20)
• T-Shirt: Included only if registration is completed by September 16th
• Registration Deadline: Pre-registration ends September 30th at midnight
• Late Registration Fees: 10K ($85), 5K ($65), 1-mile ($35)

Packet Pickup

• Early Pickup: October 2nd at Mercy Medical, 4:00-6:00 PM
• Location: 325 Dunlop Drive, Opelika, Alabama 36801
• Race Day Pickup: 7:00-7:50 AM
• Event Start: 1-mile at 8:00 AM, 5k & 10k at 8:30 AM

Awards

• 10K Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall, top Male and Female in age groups
• 5K Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall, top Male and Female in age groups
• Age Groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• Award Collection: All awards must be picked up at the event

• Parking: Available at All In Cross Fit main parking lot
• Water Stops: Water/Gatorade available every 1.5 miles
