About the Event
- In Memory: The Mighty Moose Fun Run/Walk is held in memory of Jenna Swaim.
- Jenna's Legacy: Jenna lost her courageous four-year battle with ovarian cancer on July 3, 2018, at the age of 43 years.
- Inspiration: The event is inspired by Jenna’s Alaskan roots, love for fun, and strength.
- Fundraising History: Part of the Kicks for Cancer weekend, a successful fundraiser started by the Concord Carlisle High School soccer team in 2007.
Support for Ovarian Cancer Research
- Funding Goals: We aim to continue Jenna's legacy to raise crucial funding for ovarian cancer research.
- Research Support: All funds raised will support Dr. Kevin Elias and his ovarian cancer research.
